Mango Rice Kheer Tarts

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup Basmati rice
- 1 cup water
- 2 and 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup mango pulp
- 1/2 cup sugar adjust per taste
- 10-12 tart shells
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts to garnish
- 6-8 slices of mango to garnish
Cook:
- Soak the rice in water
- Cook the rice in an Instant pot using water and milk for 20 minutes on high pressure
- Slice the mangos create flowers using it
- Make pulp with mango in a grinder by adding milk
- Once the rice is cooked, after 10 minutes, manually release it
- Add sugar to the Kheer and add mango pulp and mix it
- Serve the mango Kheer on tart shells and garnish with mango flower and roasted nuts
- Enjoy it right away
