INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup Basmati rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 and 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup sugar adjust per taste
  • 10-12 tart shells
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts to garnish
  • 6-8 slices of mango to garnish

Cook:

  1. Soak the rice in water
  2. Cook the rice in an Instant pot using water and milk for 20 minutes on high pressure
  3. Slice the mangos create flowers using it
  4. Make pulp with mango in a grinder by adding milk
  5. Once the rice is cooked, after 10 minutes, manually release it
  6. Add sugar to the Kheer and add mango pulp and mix it
  7. Serve the mango Kheer on tart shells and garnish with mango flower and roasted nuts
  8. Enjoy it right away
