INGREDIENTS:
- Daawat Ultima Basmati Rice (washed & soaked)
- Water & salt for cooking
- Carrot, peas, beans, pomegranate, potato cubes
- Paneer cubes
- Cashews, raisins & almonds
- Bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon
- Cumin seeds
- Ginger & garlic (optional)
- Ghee or oil for frying
Cook:
- Wash basmati and soak for 20–30 min so grains stay long and fluffy.
- Gently fry cashews, almonds, raisins, and paneer till golden for extra texture.
- Heat ghee/oil, add cumin seeds and whole spices until aromatic.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook briefly—just tender.
- Add rice, salt, mix, then steam till done.
